UK Delivery We aim to process and dispatch most orders within 48 working hours, a standard we uphold whenever possible. Our shipping method for the UK mainland is Royal Mail, and standard orders over £29.95 qualify for free postage. Orders below £29.95 incur a £3.95 charge.

EU and Worldwide Delivery We ship our products worldwide, utilizing Royal Mail and efficient courier services. Similar to our UK deliveries, we aim to prepare and dispatch most orders within 48 working hours.

For European and United States deliveries, standard orders exceeding £89.95 enjoy free shipping, while orders below this value incur a £9.95 fee. For the rest of the world, a flat-rate charge of £10.95 per parcel applies.

Returns Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of purchase. Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges beyond this period. To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase in the form of a receipt is necessary.

Kindly refrain from returning your purchase directly to the manufacturer. Returns will not be accepted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or lacking parts due to reasons unrelated to our error, or for items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable) Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will promptly notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specific timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay in posting your refund. Sale Items (if applicable) Refunds are applicable only to regular-priced items; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts If your item was designated as a gift during purchase and was shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equivalent to the returned item's value. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift during purchase or was shipped to the gift giver for later delivery, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.
